What is a lottery club?
|
| |
A lottery club is a group of people buying lottery tickets and splitting the winnings.
Our members can join various lottery clubs for different lotteries. The lottery clubs are created by us and are filled by our members.
This allows members to join clubs and increase their chances of winning the lottery. Members can also play lotteries around the country
without the hassle of buying the tickets.

Is this legal?

Yes. The laws are very clear. Lottery tickets can only be sold by authorized lottery agents
and cannot be sold across state lines via mail. Lottery tickets must be purchased in person
and the state where the winnings are won must be given the identity of the winner(s). This is where we step in.
Our company will have a share in each lotto club we create. This allows us to buy the tickets in the appropriate state
and share the winnings with the club members. You do not have to live in the state where the ticket was won to claim the prize. You must be of legal age
be a US citizen or permanent US resident.

How do I join?

Just fill out the simple page of basic member
information and you will be registered as a member. This is FREE! At this time you will be able to access
all of our lottery clubs. You will not be able to join a club until your account balance is increased.
In order to increase your account balance, click 'Add To Balance' in the 'My Lotto' option. From here you will
enter you credit card information and the amount you want to increase your balance with. With
proper verification, your account will be increased and you now can join any club your account balance can afford.

How do I get paid?

When you enter clubs and your club's tickets win, your account balance is increased.
Winnings are distributed to each entry in the club equally. Winnings are distributed after the lottery drawing occurs.
If a jackpot is won involving payment from the state, account balances will not be updated for some time until the state settles the winnings.
You may request payment of your account balance at any time. If the account balance is under $5, then the account balance cannot be returned but can be applied
to future club payments. A $5 service fee applies when requesting payment.

Is my information secure?

We use PayPal as our processing service. They use a 128-bit SSL data encryption throughout their web site. All
information is only accessible by our select staff for processing and contact information. Your
information will never be accessible by other members and will not be given to any third parties.

What is an 'UNFILLED' lottery club?
|
| |
An UNFILLED lottery club does not have enough member entries to begin purchasing tickets
and playing the lottery drawings. The club is basically waiting for more members. Once the member entry limit is reached,
the club will become ACTIVE and the club will begin play. A member can remove entries ONLY when the club is UNFILLED. Once the
club becomes ACTIVE, a member cannot remove their entries.

What is an 'ACTIVE' lottery club?

An ACTIVE lottery club is currently participating in lottery drawings and has all member entries filled.
A member can remove entries ONLY when the club is UNFILLED. Once the
club becomes ACTIVE, a member cannot remove their entries. The club remains ACTIVE until all lottery drawing have been played for the club. Once this occurs,
the lottery club is over and the club moves into a CLOSED status.

What is a 'CLOSED' lottery club?

An ACTIVE lottery club is currently participating in lottery drawings and has all member entries filled.
A member can remove entries ONLY when the club is UNFILLED. Once the
club becomes ACTIVE, a member cannot remove their entries. The club remains ACTIVE until all lottery drawing have been played for the club. Once this occurs,
the lottery club is over and the club moves into a CLOSED status.

What if one of my clubs hits the jackpot?

If a lottery club wins a jackpot where the state must be involved,
the lottery club will be paid as soon as the state payment occurs. Tax implications must also be handled in this process.

Can I join the same club more than once?
|

Yes. A member can make as many entries into a club as he/she likes.
Each entry is an individual piece of the club's winnings. If a club allows 100 entries and a member
joins the club with 10 entries, then the member recieves 10 shares (10%) of the club's winnings. |

Can I cancel out of a club?

Yes. A member can remove entries ONLY when the club is UNFILLED. Once the
club becomes ACTIVE, a member cannot remove their entries.

What if I forgot my login information?
|

You can get your login information e-mailed to you from the Main Page. Click
'Forgot Password' while entering the e-mail address you have as a member in our system.
If you do not remember the e-mail address you have on file with us, then go to the Contact Us page and contact us
directly.

Where are the tickets?
|
| |
The lottery tickets for each drawing are purchased by our staff. The tickets are then scanned
onto the web site and can be viewed and verified by club members.
The tickets will reside at our corporate location.

The lottery tickets numbers are randomly-generated by computer.

How do I get my own Lotto store?

By signing up for your own storefront, you will receive a link to your web site in which you can customize the interface.
You can alter various fonts, colors, company and contact information. You can then promote your store WITHOUT SPAM. When clubs become filled with some of your members
you will receive commissions into your account. You can also earn with our Share The Winnings™ program which gives a share of winnings from your member club entries.
The great thing is that we take care of all ticket purchasing, scanning, club setup, and monetary distribution
allowing you to concentrate on your store promotion.
The company retains the right to inactivate any store at anytime.
